I only recently discovered Simply Cake Co. via their Instagram page and I was instantly sold. Within minutes I had made an order, within days it arrived and within hours, they were all gone! haha.

I guess you could say I had died and gone to heaven, because it really doesn't get much better than that!
From cookies to personalised brownie trays - I was super impressed with the variety of bakes available online. Simply Cake Co. also operate a fully gluten free facility, as well as offering a new vegan range.
Most people like their eggs fried or scrabbled, whereas I prefer mine baked... in brownies or cake!
Postal Deliveries
Just when you thought things couldn't get any better, these goodies can be delivered straight to your door (anywhere in the UK!)
I also love the fact that the boxes are designed to fit directly through your letterbox, so that you don't have to make any special arrangements to be home. Wrapped in biodegradable greaseproof paper, the delivery boxes are also fully recyclable.
The ease of this postal delivery was definitely one of the biggest selling points for me. As someone who continues to shield from COVID-19, I appreciate the accessibility that comes with this service.
