World Mental Health Day – boohooMAN

Today is the 10th October 2019 – World Mental Health Day.

A chance for us to share our stories and most importantly, raise awareness.

Now, as most of you already know, I am an official affiliate for boohooMAN clothing. As part of this partnership, I’m pleased to announce that this year, boohooMAN are launching a range of charity tee’s – where 25% of the proceeds will be donated to the World Federation for Mental Health

How awesome is that?!

Modelled by yours truly, these charity tee’s are available in 7 different colours.

Obviously I chose orange!

*Come on, hit me with your best ginger joke*

These T-shirts play part of boohooMAN’s #ColourAffectsYou campaign – in order to bring some light into our lives.

Mental Health is a very sensitive subject, and I am so proud to be working with bohooMAN on a topic that is close to my heart.

In the past, I have used my blog to talk openly about my struggles with anxiety, as well as sharing tips on self-care and ways to improve a low mood.

Thank you,
